REVEIL - Art Dump 2021-2024

In this art dump, I gathered several items I worked on several years ago at Pixelsplit. I've made a bunch of renders almost two years ago, but life happened, so I forgot to publish this - until today! ^^ These were some of my first proper "industry" assets I made, so they have a special place in my heart.

But, let's take a step back. What is REVEIL? REVEIL is a narrative first-person psycho-thriller game that focuses on story, puzzles and exploration. During my time at Pixelsplit, I worked on several aspects of REVEIL. My key areas were prop or asset creation, some environment and level design, aswell as most animations found in-game.

The entire project took a lot more time than initially anticipated, and was a gargantuan cooperative effort for a small Indie team. Quite an interesting journey, that I'm super happy to have been part of! All props were made within Blender, and most have handmade LODs. Texture sizes vary between 512 and 2048.

The entire art dump is property of Pixelsplit, and shared solely for portfolio purposes.

Another interactive prop - the player revisits this one quite a few times throughout the story. The mirror was kept super dirty so it wouldn't need unique planar reflection probes in-engine. 😄
